Friday, July 28, 2017To the family and hundreds of friends, my condolences on the loss of a truly great man. I have only the fondest of memories of Bart that I will always cherish. Bart had a smile and laugh that was contagious. He and I shared many wonderful moments throughout the years I resided on Long Island. We traveled to Watkins Glen in his Vega in the early 70's and had to many memories to list here. He was a great friend. I returned home from Europe in 1974 and Bart was responsible for getting me a job at the Dive Shop in Bayshore that helped me get back on my feet, and I never forgot that. But all of you that knew him, know that this was just Bart, that is what he did, he was always there for you. May you rest in peace my friend, I will miss you.
